A former Marine, Tim is a graduate of Fordham University in New York. He earned his law degree at Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware.

Tim brings a unique variety of legal and business experience to his practice. In addition to practicing law in Chester County since 1992, he also had a successful business career. Tim was a Vice President at Ketchum Advertising in Philadelphia, and was a Marketing Vice President at CoreStates Bank of Delaware. This experience enables Tim to practice, successfully in several different areas of the law. These include social security, wills, trusts and estates and bankruptcy.

Tim represents people and businesses in need of legal services in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Berks and Lancaster Counties.
