A former Marine, Tim is a graduate of Fordham University in New York. He earned his law degree at Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware.

Tim brings a unique variety of legal and business experience to his practice. In addition to practicing law in Chester County since 1992, he also had a successful business career. Tim was a Vice President at Ketchum Advertising in Philadelphia, and was a Marketing Vice President at CoreStates Bank of Delaware. This experience enables Tim to practice, successfully in several different areas of the law. These include social security, wills, trusts and estates, business, IRS and tax matters and criminal defense.

A member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Association, Tim is also a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Tim is also active in the community. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Upattinas School in Glenmoore, PA, where he is the chair of the Governance Committee.

Tim represents people and businesses in need of legal services in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Berks and Lancaster Counties.
